Hello! Thanks for visiting my blog! My name is Stephanie and I am a lazy overeater! Really. I am. I've struggled with my weight since the 3rd grade. I was heavy until I decided to do something about it in 2003 at 21 years old. My family decided to go on the Atkins diet. In a ridiculously short time (like a month and a half if I remember correctly), I went from 178 pounds to 149 pounds.
After my wedding in 2006, my weight started to go up again. This time it went up to 186 pounds by September of 2009. I joined Spark People and met some people on there who motivated me. I dropped 31 pounds in about 3 months by eating under 1000 calories a day and exercising my butt off.....literally.
Since then I have gained back the weight and more. On another note...my husband and I have been TTC for 5 years. We started seeking help a little over a year ago. After 4 failed IUI's, a failed fresh IVF cycle, and a failed frozen embryo cycle, we decided to take a much needed break. In this time I want to drop a lot a weight. Sixty pounds to be exact. I stepped on the
scale last month to see 217 pounds. Ugh. I am starting out this journey
